The HTOO Foundation’s itinerant dentists arranged a clinic at the monastery of Pann Qwe village, in the Taunggyi townships, in Shan State, from May 21st to 23rd, and they cured 331 dental patients successfully, within 72 hours.
There were 25 patients, who are aged members of the villages and need the denture, so, the doctors had provided what they need to be in good health. On the May 25, 2016, 139 dental patients were cured and on the second day of the medical trip, 88 people were healed and 104 were provided dental solutions on the last day. Totally, the doctors healed 331 patients effectively.
Moreover, the foundation arranged vehicles for the patients, who live
in the Pann Kawe village, which take you 1hour and 30minutes to get
there from the Pann Qwe village, where we had established the dental
clinic.
On the last day of medical trip, the foundation had provided the lunch for each of the all dental patients, who came to receive the treatments. And the donation cash, 17 robes for the monks and several fast foods were also donated to the venerable monks of the monastery.
This itinerant medical program was intended for U Pyar, who was passed away in the incident of Air Bagan, in the Heho townships. And it was under the guidance of U Tay Za, the patron of HTOO Foundation. The senior doctors from the Myanmar Dental Council participated in this program with pure loving kindness for the people.
In addition to this medical program, the homes of U Pyar who passed way, and Maung Thein Aung who got wounds, in the incident, were sent school uniforms for the children, clothes for the women and several foods as a donation.
The HTOO Foundation had supported the Myanmar Everest Expedition with every resource, whatever the climbers need. On the other hand, the foundation is promoting the education, social, health care and regional development sectors as much as possible, at the remote area of country, where our people really need the philanthropic aids.
