A police station was attacked with an improvised explosive device and Bengali terrorists started launching attacks on police outposts and police stations in Maungtaw District simultaneously.
(1) At 4:30 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Tamantha police outpost in Region-2.
(2) At 3:35 am, they attacked Nantthataung police outpost in Region-3, leaving a police constable identified as Nyi Nyi Lwin dead and one terrorist dead.
(3) At 3:45 am, about 100 Bengali terrorists attacked Thinbawgwe police outpost in Region-3, leaving one terrorist dead.
(4) At 5:25 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists came and attacked Kyigyun police outpost in Region-3, leaving five policemen including camp commander injured. The terrorists retreated at 5:50 am.
(5) At 4:20 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Meetaik-Chaungwa outpost in region-3. In the incident, police corporal Ye Myint, lance-corporal Thet Naing Tun died of sword wounds and three arms taken. The terrorists retreated at 4:45 am.
(6) At 3:35 am, unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Natchaung outpost in Region-4.
(7) At 4:30 am, about 150 Bengali terrorists attacked Zeepinchaung outpost. In the incident, police constable Min Thura Naing died of sword injuries and one walkie-talkie and one arm were taken.
(8) At 3:25 am, Bengali terrorists attacked Laungdon outpost in Region-5 where they were repulsed by the policemen.
(9) At 1 am, Bengali terrorists attacked Maungni outpost in Region-6.
(10) At 4:05am, about 100 Bengali terrorists attacked Thiho outpost in Region-6 where they were met with a police repulse, prompting the terrorists to retreat in a minute.
(11) At 4:10 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Zinpaingnyar outpost in Region-6 where they were met with a police repulse, prompting the terrorists to retreat at 4:35am.
(12) At 7:35 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Kyaukpyinseik outpost in Region-6.
(13) At 00:50 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Padingaung Takar outpost in Region-7.
(14) At 1:20 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Panyaungbingyi outpost in Region-7 where were met with a police repulse.
(15) It was learnt that a mob encircled Shweyinaye outpost in Region-7 at 4 am.
(16) According to information that about 100 Bengali terrorists approached Thayay Konbaung outpost in Region-7 at 5:15 am, men and arms were moved to the village.
(17) At 4 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Cheinkhali outpost in Region-8 where they were met with a police repulse, leaving one terrorist dead.
(18) At 4:45 am, about 1000 Bengali terrorists attacked Myinlut police station in Region-8, leaving Police Major Hein Htet Kyaw and police constable Win Htike dead and one BA-94 and one .38 revolver taken.
(19) At 4:50 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Ale Thankyaw police station in Region-8, leaving Deputy Township Immigration Officer Zar Moung dead. The policemen repulsed the terrorists who retreated from the scene.
(20) At 5:10 am, about 100 Bengali terrorists attacked Udaung (Natala) outpost in Region-8 where they were met with a police repulse, prompting them to retreat at 6 am.
(21) At 7:25 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Hnakhaungto-Chaungwa outpost in Region-8.
(22) At 4:50 am, about 100 Bengali terrorists attacked Thawunchaung outpost in Region-9.
(23) At 4:50 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists attacked Koetankauk police station in Region-9. The military columns arrived at the scene at 5:15 am and returned fires, leaving six terrorists dead.
(24) At 3:40 am, 10 Bengali terrorists attacked Taung Bazaar outpost in Region-10 where they were met with a police repulse, leaving five terrorists dead. The terrorists retreated at 5:15 am.
(25) At 4:25 am, an unidentified number of Bengali terrorists launched an attack on Phaungtawpyin police outpost in Region-10, leaving Police Sub-inspector Aung Myint Oo and police lance-corporal Soe Win dead. Two terrorists died by the police repulse.
Police stations and police outposts nearby Maungtaw being attacked by Bengali terrorists are as follows:
(1) At 3:30 am, Bengali terrorists attacked a police outpost in Ward-5 with hand grenades. At 3:35 am, a mob of Bengali terrorists encircled the police outpost where they were met with police fires.
(2) At 3:30 am, five Bengali terrorists attacked Ywathitkay outpost with hand grenades.
(3) At 3:30 am, five Bengali terrorists attacked a police outpost at the entrance to Maungtaw with arms.
(4) At 3:30 am, Bengali terrorists attacked Natala police outposts and they were repulsed by the police.
(5) At 3:30 am, Bengali terrorists attacked a traffic police office and anti-drug squad office with hand-made bombs.
(6) At 8:5 am, Bengali terrorists blew out a small old-concrete bridge near Kyaukpandu Village.
Altogether 8 police officers and one deputy township immigration officer totaling 9 died and six small arms and one walkie-talkie taken in the incidents while 16 extremist Bengali terrorists were found dead. A combined force of the Tatmadaw and border guard police is launching area clearance operations in Maungtaw Region.
It can be concluded that those terrorists launched organized attacks in synchronization with the issue of final report by the Advisory Commission on Rakhine State led by Kofi Annan and UN General Assembly to be held from 12 to 25 September 2017.

(၂) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီ ၃၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၃) ရွိ နံ႔သာေတာင္စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ဘဂၤလီ အၾကမ္းဖက္သမားအင္အား (စိစစ္ဆဲ) မွ ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔ရာ ရဲတပ္သား ညီညီလြင္ က်ဆံုးၿပီး အစြန္းေရာက္ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား ၁ ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ႔သည္။
(၃) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီ ၄၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၃) ရွိ သေဘၤာေကြ႔စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီ အၾကမ္းဖက္သမား အင္အား ၁၀၀ ဦးခန္႔ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခုိက္မႈျဖစ္ပြားခဲ႔ရာ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား ၁ ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ႔သည္။
(၄) နံနက္ ၅ နာရီ ၂၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၃) ရွိ က်ီးကၽြန္း ကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား အင္အား (စိစစ္ဆဲ) မွ လာေရာက္ဝိုင္းဝန္းပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔ရာ စခန္းမွဴး အပါအဝင္ ၅ ဦး ဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ႔ၿပီး နံနက္ ၅ နာရီ မိနစ္ ၅၀ တြင္ အစြန္းေရာက္ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္ သမားမ်ား ျပန္လည္ဆုတ္ခြာသြားၾကသည္။

(၆) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီ ၃၅ မိနစ္ တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၄ )ရွိ နတ္ေခ်ာင္းကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား အင္အား (စိစစ္ဆဲ) မွ လာေရာက္ဝိုင္းဝန္းပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သည္။
(၇) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီခြဲတြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၄) ရွိ ဇီးပင္ေခ်ာင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမား အင္အား ၁၅၀ ဦးခန္႔ လာေရာက္ ဝိုင္းၿပီး ကင္းစခန္းအတြင္းထိ ဝင္၍ ဓားျဖင့္ ဝိုင္းဝန္း ခုတ္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ ရဲတပ္သား မင္းသူရႏုိင္ က်ဆံုးခဲ႔ကာ လက္ကိုင္ဆက္သြယ္ေရးစက္ ၁ လံုးႏွင့္ တစ္လံုးထိုုး ေသနတ္ (၁) လက္ ပါသြားခဲ႔ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
(၈) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီ ၂၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၅) ရွိ ေလာင္းဒံု စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားမ်ားက ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တုိက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔ရာ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ ထိခို္က္ဒဏ္ရာရရွိမႈ မရွိခဲ႔ေပ။
(၉) နံနက္ ၁ နာရီတြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၆) ရွိ ေမာင္းနီ ကင္း စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားမ်ားက ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တုိက္ခိုက္ခဲ့သည္။
(၁၀) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီ ၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၆) ရွိ သီဟိုဠ္ ကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား ၁၀၀ ဦးခန္႔ လာေရာက္ ဝုိင္းဝန္းခဲ့၍ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ အခ်ိန္အနည္းငယ္အတြင္း ျပန္လည္ဆုတ္ခြာသြားခဲ႔သည္။

(၁၄) နံနက္ ၁ နာရီ မိနစ္ ၂၀ တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၇) ရွိ ပေညာင္ပင္ႀကီး ကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား(စိစစ္ဆဲ)မွ လာေရာက္ဝုိင္းဝန္း၍ ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ ပစ္ခတ္တုိက္ခိုက္ ခဲ႔သည္။

(၁၈) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီ ၄၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၈) ရွိ ျမင္းလြတ္စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား ၁၀၀၀ ခန္႔က လာေရာက္ဝုိင္းဝန္းတိုက္ခိုက္သျဖင့္ ရဲမွဴး ဟိန္းထက္ေက်ာ္ ၊ ရဲတပ္သား ဝင္းထုိက္တို႔ ႏွစ္ဦး က်ဆံုးခဲ႔ၿပီး ဘီေအ ၉၄ (၁) လက္ ၊ ပြိဳင့္ ၃၈ ေျခာက္လံုးျပဴး (၁) လက္ ပါသြားခဲ႔သည္။
(၁၉) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီ ၅၀ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၈) ရွိ အလယ္သံေက်ာ္ စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား(စိစစ္ဆဲ)မွ ဝင္ေရာက္ ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ ဒုလဝကမွဴး ဇာေမာင္း က်ဆံုးခဲ႔ၿပီး တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ႔ရာ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမား မ်ားမွာ ျပန္လည္ဆုတ္ခြာသြားခဲ႔သည္။
(၂၀) နံနက္ ၅ နာရီ ၁၀ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၈) ရွိ ဥေဒါင္း(နတလ) စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား ၁၀၀ မွ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ႔ရာ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားမ်ားမွာ နံနက္ ၆ နာရီတြင္ ျပန္လည္ဆုတ္ခြာသြားခဲ႔သည္။
(၂၁) နံနက္ ၇ နာရီ ၂၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၈) ရွိ ႏွာေခါင္းတို ေခ်ာင္းဝကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား(စိစစ္ဆဲ)မွ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သည္။
(၂၂ ) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီ မိနစ္ ၅၀ တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၉) ရွိ သဝန္ေခ်ာင္း စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား ၁၀၀ ဦးခန္႔က လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သည္။
(၂၃) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီ မိနစ္ ၅၀ တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၉) ရွိ ကိုးတန္ေကာက္စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား(စိစစ္ဆဲ)မွ ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔ရာ နံနက္ ၅ နာရီ ၁၅ မိနစ္တြင္ တပ္မေေတာ္ စစ္ေၾကာင္းမ်ား ေရာက္ရွိလာၿပီး တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ႔ရာ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား ၆ ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ႔သည္။
(၂၄) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီ မိနစ္ ၄၀ တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၁၀ ) ရွိ ေတာင္ဘဇာရဲကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္း ဖက္သမားအင္အား ၁၀ ဦးခန္႔က လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ႔ရာ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား အေလာင္း ၅ ေလာင္းရရွိခဲ႔ၿပီး နံနက္ ၅ နာရီ ၁၅ မိနစ္တြင္ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ား ျပန္လည္ ဆုတ္ခြာသြားသည္။
(၂၅) နံနက္ ၄ နာရီ ၂၅ မိနစ္တြင္ နယ္ေျမ (၁၀) ရွိ ေဖာင္ေတာ္ျပင္စခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမားအင္အား(စိစစ္ဆဲ)မွ ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ ဒုရဲအုပ္ ေအာင္ျမင့္ဦးႏွင့္ ဒုတပ္ၾကပ္ စိုးဝင္းတို႔ ၂ ဦး က်ဆံုးခဲ႔ရကာ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္ တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သျဖင့္ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား ၂ ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ႔သည္။

(၁) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီခြဲတြင္ ရပ္ကြက္ ၅ ရဲကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္ သမားမ်ားက လက္ပစ္ဗံုးျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ့ၿပီး နံနက္ ၃ နာရီ ၃၅ မိနစ္တြင္ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမားအင္အား အလံုးအရင္းအျဖစ္ ေအာ္ဟစ္ဝုိင္းလာသျဖင့္ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ထပ္မံပစ္ခတ္ခဲ႔ရသည္။
(၂) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီခြဲတြင္ ရြာသစ္ေက ရဲကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမား ၅ ဦးက လက္ပစ္ဗံုးျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ့သည္။
(၃) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီခြဲတြင္ ၿမိဳ႕ဝင္တံတား ရဲကင္းစခန္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္ သမား ၅ ဦး က ေသနတ္မ်ားျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ့သည္။
(၄) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီခြဲတြင္ နတလ ရဲကင္းမ်ားအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ားက အခ်ိန္ကိုက္ လာေရာက္တိုက္ခိုက္ရာ တပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားက ျပန္လည္ပစ္ခတ္သျဖင့္ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီ အၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ား ျပန္လည္ဆုတ္ခြာသြားခဲ႔သည္။
(၅) နံနက္ ၃ နာရီခြဲတြင္ ယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲရံုး ႏွင့္ မူးယစ္ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔ရံုးမ်ားအတြင္းသို႔ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီ အၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ားက ဓာတ္ဆီပုလင္း ( လက္လုပ္ဗံုး) ျဖင့္ ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔ရာ ယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲရံုး ေရွ႕ ျမက္ခင္းမီးေလာင္ခဲ႔သည္။
(၆) နံနက္ ၈ နာရီ ၅ မိနစ္တြင္ ေက်ာက္ပႏၱဳရြာအနီးရွိ အရွည္ ၈ ေပ၊ အက်ယ္ (၁၀) ေပရွိ ကြန္ကရစ္တံတားေဟာင္းအား အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ားက မိုင္းခြဲဖ်က္ဆီးခဲ႔ သည္။
ထုိသုိ႔ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ား၏ ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္မႈမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔ဝင္ ၈ ဦး ၊ ဒုလဝကမွဴး ၁ ဦး စုစုေပါင္း ၉ ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ႔ရၿပီး လက္နက္ငယ္ ၆ လက္ ၊ လက္ကိုင္ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးစက္ ၁ လံုး ပါဆံုးခဲ႔ကာ လာေရာက္တိုက္ခိုက္ခဲ႔သည့္ အစြန္းေရာက္ ဘဂၤလီ အၾကမ္းဖက္သမား ၁၆ ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ႔သည္။
တပ္မေတာ္ႏွင့္ နယ္ျခားေစာင့္ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔တို႔ ပူးေပါင္း၍ ေမာင္းေတာေဒသအတြင္း နယ္ေျမ စိုးမိုးႏိုင္ေရး ရွင္းလင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
ကိုဖီအာနန္ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္ဆိုင္ရာ အၾကံေပးေကာ္မရွင္မွ အၿပီးသတ္အစီရင္ခံစာ ထုတ္ျပန္သည့္အခ်ိန္ ၊ ၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္ ၊ စက္တင္ဘာ ၁၂ ရက္မွ ၂၅ ရက္အထိ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည့္ ကုလသမဂၢ အေထြေထြညီလာခံက်င္းပမည့္အခ်ိန္တုိ႔ႏွင့္ အခ်ိန္ကိုက္ အၾကမ္းဖက္တိုက္ခိုက္မႈမ်ား ဖန္တီးကာ တိုက္ကြက္မ်ား ေဖာ္ေဆာင္လာျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သံုးသပ္ရသည္။
