Harry Hpone Thant Yes I understand Ko Ye Ko Ko. Our people are like that, sad to say. I even saw one photo where the number plate was put deliberately( I suppose) on the burnt wheel of the motor cycle to take photo. In other countries the person who does that can be prosecuted for obstruction of justice and contamination of evidence.
