Two B3 helicopters from Htoo Foundation returned to Yangon due to bad weather this afternoon. The helicopters carried the items of rescue aids, communication and medication. The helicopters will go to Bagan Nyaun Oo to pick up Htoo Foundation patron, U Tay Za and will continue to fly to Hakhar, Chin State. Because of flooding and land sliding. All the communication are disabled and also hard to go even with the helicopters. However, Htoo Foundation made contact with the authorities including the minister of Chin State and planned to make rescue procedures as soon as possible.
