ထူးေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းအေနျဖင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအထက္ပိုင္းရွိ ေရေဘးသင့္ျပည္သူမ်ားအား ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးပစၥည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ လိုအပ္ေသာအေထာက္အပံ့ပစၥည္းမ်ားကို ကိုယ္တိုင္ကိုယ္က်သြားေရာက္လွဴဒါန္းရန္ စီစဥ္လွ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ အဆိုပါပစၥည္းမ်ားအား air bagan ႏွင့္ aisa wings ေလေၾကာင္းလိုင္းမ်ားမွလည္း ကူညီပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသျဖင့္ ကယ္ဆယ္လွဴဒါန္းလိုသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ထူးေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းရံုးသို႔ လာေရာက္ဆက္သြယ္လွဴဒါန္းႏိုင္ပါေၾကာင္း အသိေပးနိဳးေဆာ္ဖိတ္ေခၚအပ္ပါသည္။
