The HTOO Foundation’s Patron U Tay Za and rescue group departed from the Bagan Nyaun Oo airport at 3:22 pm and arrived to the Hakhar townships, Chin State, at 4:25 pm. They used two helicopters to land at the Hakhar, as ground transportation is not possible for the time being.
At the Hakhar townships, he discussed with the State Chief Minister about current flood situations. And then, U Tay Za, State Chief Minister and State Ministers went around in the Chin State to assess the consequences of the natural disaster.
For the rehabilitation of flooding area, transportation is vital of
importance, so, 500 lakh kyats were contributed for the restoration of
roads.
